The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Region, intends to award a sole source contract to the State of Oregon, Oregon Natural Heritage Program, for (1) computer data services on State of Oregon threatened, endangered and sensitive plants and (2) maintenance of the Forest Service lands portion of the Oregon Natural Heritage data base for the National Forests within the State of Oregon.
