Description of content: (1) To establish the standards for the following substances: Liquid Phosphate Fertilizer; Corn Steep Liquor Fertilizer. (2) To amend the standards for the following substances: Byproduct Compound Fertilizer; Slag Silicate Fertilizer. 7. Objective and rationale: To amend the Official Standards for Ordinary Fertilizers, in response to the change of farmers' need for fertilizers, and to a request from producers of fertilizers. 8. Relevant documents: The basic law is Fertilizer Control Law. The said Amendment will appear in ``KAMPO'' (Official Government Gazette) when adopted. 9.
