Tennyson, Sr. Subcontracts Administrator (510) 423-2383 The University of California, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), seeks sources for services relating to the demolition, dismantling, salvage, scrap sales, removal, and disposal of certain improvements, equipment, and personal property located within Building 435 at LLNL, 7000 East Avenue, P.O.Box 5500, Livermore, Alameda County, CA 94551. Prospective sources should have personnel experienced in demolition, dismantling and salvage of large complex (scientific) experimental equipment, supporting systems, and related utilities, and capabilities in areas such as: 1) large scale demolition, salvage, and dismantling activities conducted within enclosed structures and restricted space facilities; 2) demonstrated expertise in crane and rigging operations involving up to 100 ton loads; 3) working at locations which are subject to controlled security access; 4) documentable record of safe work experience on three large scale demolition and/or salvage projects within the last seven years; and 5) bond capacity and insurability for similar type undertakings up to levels of $5M.
