US Penitentiary, Camp, and Intensive Confinement Center, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, requires services of an Orthopedic Surgeon to provide services to inmate patients. The schedule is consists of one 3 hour session per month. Contract will cover one base year and four option years. Contractor must have: graduated from an AMA accredited school of medicine; completed a residency in orthopedic surgery which is accredited by the AMA; hold a valid license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; board certified in Orthopedic Surgery; good standing in the medical community; and, medical liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on 10/22/96 and the date and time for receipt of offers is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., 11-26-96.
