US Penitentiary, Camp, and Intensive Confinement Center, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, requires services of a Dental Hygienist to provide dental hygiene services to inmates patients. The schedule is to consist of four 7 1/2 hour sessions per week. Contract will cover one base year and four option years. Contractor must have: graduated from an accredited school of dental hygiene and possess either an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene; have a valid license to work in the state of Pennsylvania; be in good standing in the healthcare community; and have medical liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on 10/22/96 and the date and time for receipt of offers is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., 11-26-96.
