The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be soliciting for bids based on an hourly rate for providing Medical Records Clerk Service for the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center, San Fidel, New Mexico. Contractor must have education, training and experience in Hospital Medical Records work, trained and experienced in medical terminology (including psychiatric/psychological terminology) Proficient in Word Perfect 6.0 computer program. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four, one-year options for renewal. Contract will be awarded as a Non-personal Service Contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 37. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the base year plus the four option years. Other than price factors, award of contract will be made to the responsive/responsible bidder pursuant to FAR Part 9, Contractor Responsibility. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
