The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Soliciting for proposals for providing Outpatient Physician Services to eligible Native American & Alaska Native Indians who receive health care from the Indian Health Service. The contractor shall provide medically necessary to Contract Health Service (CHS) eligible patients on a referral basis. The Government is anticipating in awarding single, multiple contracts for a base year with four, one-year options for renewal. Contracts will be awarded to those providers who will accept as payment in full reimbursement at rates no higher than the allowable Medicare Rates and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 9, Contractor Responsibility.
