The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting for a contractor to provide general surgery services at the Quentin N. Burdick Comprehensive Healthcare Facility in Belcourt, North Dakota. The contractor shall be responsible for recruiting, credentialing, and providing the necessary personnel, supplies, materials and equipment to perform the general surgery services. The contract will be performed over a period of one (1) year after award with four (4) one year options to extend for a total of five (5) years. Requests for copies of RFP 96-21 will be available 15 days from the date of this publication. The offer due date is tentatively scheduled for November 29, 1996.
