Multiple award requirement contracts for hotel lodging for the Kansas Army National Guard, Leader Development Center, Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. Estimated requirement is 400 double occupancy rooms per night for a 20 day period for a military exercise held in July and August 1997. A one year contract is required. In order to be considered for award, hotels must be able to provide a minimum of 50 double occupancy rooms per night and be located within a 22 mile driving distance of the Leader Development Training Site, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Multiple awards shall be based on the location of the hotel, availability of the minimum number of double occupancy rooms, and room rate.
