Y -- SITE WORK FOR HILLSBORO DCU, WALNUT STREET, HILLSBORO OR 97123-9998 Sol. 072976-97-A-0003. Due 102396. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment and material for work under this contract which includes the preparation of subject site for future building construction of the Hillsboro DCU. Utilities are to be connected and extended from the services in the public right of way and stubbed to within 5'-0'' of the building perimeter. Earthwork consists of clearing, stripping and grubbing, top soil stock, piling on site, rough and finish grading, utility trench excavation and backfill and rock base for future floor slab. Fire sprinkler distribution lines are to be extended into the building and stubbed and capped with flange at 6'' above finish floor. Connection to public water main, fire vault, backflow device and yard distribution including hydrants are to be provided. Provide rock base for paving and first lift of asphalt. Provide cast in place curbs, side walks, driveways, and miscellaneous sit concrete as indicated. Site electrical consists of primary and secondary electrical distribution, site lighting, extension of underground conduit to fire vault and monument sign and stub up of secondary conduit in future electrical room to 2'' above finish floor, installation of the transformer pad and transformer necessary coordination with the service provider. A record survey will be required to document compliance with specified location and elevations. Survey to be accomplished by licensed surveyor. The estimated construction cost range is $150,000.00 to $300,000.00. The performance period for the contract will be 60 calendar days.
