Work includes furnishing labor, materials, transportation & equipment for the following: reconstruction of flood damaged roadway, requiring the reshaping of roadbed removal & disposal of metal culverts, haul & placement of borrow from designated source, haul & placement of crushed aggregate from a commercial source; design, construct, furnish & install a 3-sided prestressed concrete box culvert w/precast footings, along w/placement of backfill & rip rap from designated sources; drainage excavation & armoring of channel slopes in accordance w/drawings & specifications; removal of damaged 60' CMP, furnish & install a 84'' X 56' step bevel CMP in its place.
