A written solicitaion RFQ 25-MN-97 for #2 Heating Fuel Oil is also available upon request. SIC Code 5172 applies and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Basic Order Agreements (BOA) will be established with a maximum of eight (8) responsive/responsible vendors for the following requirements: No. 2 Heating Fuel Oil, low sulphur, ASTM, domestic, all costs included for delivery within 24 hours of award. Pricing will be obtained at time of requirement by telephone to any/all vendors who have established BOAs with VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. Required estimates at time of order are approximately 50,000 to 90,000 gallons.
