Subject synopsis was for the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Ampex, Bell & Howell, Honeywell manufactured and Honeywell grouped equipment. The synopsis originally stated that award would be made on the basis of ALL or NONE. This is hereby changed to reflect that award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror for each type of equipment for a maximum of three awards (reference FAR 52.215-34, EVALUATION OF OFFERS FOR MULTIPLE AWARDS.) Offerors choosing to propose prices for only one type of equipment may do so, but must provide pricing for all items within that group. For example, there are 100 Ampex items, 200 Bell & Howell and 75 Honeywell manufactured and grouped equipment. Offeror A chooses to submit pricing for the Ampex items only. He must provide prices for all 100 Ampex items. The numbers used in this example are not representative of the actual numbers of items to be maintained.
