Rodriguez 561 882-6519 alternate POC Juanita Lyons 561 882-6516 It is the intent of the VA Medical Center, West Palm, Florida to negotiate sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 with Micromedix, Inc.,6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Englewood, CO 80111-4740, manufacturer of the following databases and subscriptions, Drugdex, Emergindex, Physicians Desk Reference, Poisindex and subscription for Drug-Reax, Pharmaceutical MSDS, Martindale, USPDI Volume I and P&T Quick. This is a sole source requirement and if no affirmative written response is received that is comparable source is available, a sole source contract will be negotiated. Responses indicating an interest in this acquisition must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice. If no responses are received by October 22,1996 negotiations will begin with Micromedix, Inc. Interested parties must summit descriptive literature with their response providing their capability to respond to the requirements.
