R -- MEETING FACILITATOR WITH OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY SAFETY STANDARDS EXPERIENCE SOL CBD&&&96100001 Sources Sought No. 14000 DUE 101896 POC Jenny Taylor (703) 787-1355, Sandra McLaughlin, CO The Minerals Management Service intends to obtain the services of an experienced facilitator to conduct 2 - 3 meetings and organize and report on draft performance measures. The meetings will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The first meeting will be held on December 5 - 6, 1996; the second and third will be in February and March 1997. Delivery of the final draft performance measures will be on or before March 31, 1997. The facilitator will: 1) Be familiar with the oil and gas industry; and, 2) Have knowledge of control measurement statistics and process safety management. The facilitator will be responsible for: 1) Developing a plan and agenda for the first meeting; 2) Facilitating and leading all the meetings; 3) Developing and promptly distributing to participants a summary of the meetings, complete with action items and agreements; 4) Collecting input for action items as assigned to various participants; 5) Developing and distributing, prior to the last meeting, a draft report containing all the agreed-upon performance measures, their definitions, and if already collected elsewhere, their location; and 6) Preparing and distributing to all participants, a summary report following the second/final meeting that depicts and defines the consensus measures.
