The Navy Competition Advocate General, Long Range Acquisition Estimates (LRAE), listing projected Navy procurements for Fiscal Years (FYs) 1997-2001, will be available 7 October 1996. The LRAE is available through an electronic bulletin board at (317) 306-3413 and the internet at http.lrae.abm.rda.navy.mil. It is recommended that unless you are familiar with electronic bulletin boards you have a knowledgeable person assist you as each software system is different. Accessing the bulletin board requires a minimum 2400 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit and no parity. It is recommended that you use a higher baud rate if you have it available. There is no access fee and or pre-established password. At the password prompt enter a password of your choosing, please remember this password for future access. Read the bulletins which provide information on using the bulletin board. The LRAE files are available in text or dBaseIII format. Mark and download some or all of the files depending on your needs.
