TURNER, (202)2318415 The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of
the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to announce 5 RFP's for
instructors for courses presented by the Joint Military Intelligence
Training Center. These will be multi-year, firm fixed price contracts
beginning in FY97. All instructors will require an SI/TK clearance. It
is anticipated that one instructor will teach each of the five
instructional areas. These are as follows: (1) Intelligence Information
Systems (PR: 240/0008Z/97). Contractor will instruct portions of the
SAFE Message Handling Course; SAFE Structured Data Files Course; and
the JDISS Course; (2) Intelligence Analysis Courses (PR: 240/0007Z/97).
Contractor will serve as instructor and course manager for the Defense
Production Analysis, Chemical and Biological Warfare Analysis and
Introduction to General Intelligence Analysis course. The latter course
is conducted on mobile basis. Contractor will also instruct portions of
the National Intelligence Course and Intelligence Analysis
Course;(3)SCI Courses (PR: 240/0009Z/97). Contractor will serve as
instructor and course managers for the SCI Administration and Control
Officer Courses;(4) Financial Management (PR: 240/0005Z/97). The
contractor will serve as instructor and course manager for the
Financial Management of Intelligence Course;(5) International Training
(PR: 240/0006Z/97). Contractor will serve as coordinator for
participation by international students in JMITC courses which involves
costing courses; arranging quotas; processing approvals. The contractor
would also serve as instructor and course manager for the Intelligence
Support to Combined Operations/Coalition Warfare Course. Vendors
