This effort also entails performing depot maintenance on the aircraft for over and above special progressive aircraft rework requirements and providing engineering services. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the sole designer and manufacturer of the VH-3D and VH-60N executive helicopter and is the only known firm which possesses the knowledge, expertise and adequate technical data needed to conduct the effort described above. - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 30153-96.
