The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Florida intends to award a contract for a Mechanically Refrigerated AGREE Test Chamber for use with and completely compatible with an Unholtz-Dickie Corporation CSTA 200 series shaker table. The operating range (heating/cooling) for this chamber will be +240 degrees fahrenheit to -85 degrees fahrenheit. Control accuracy of +/- degree Fahrenheit. System shall be capable of raising or lowering the internal chamber temperature at the rate of 1 degree Fahrenheit per minute over the entire range, with chamber contents consisting of a 1000 watt live load, 100 pounds of aluminum and 50 pounds of plastic having soaked at either extreme for 12 hours. Minimum interior capacity shall be 64 cubic feet, with 48'' X 48'' unobstructed interior space. Exterior dimensions of the chamber shall not exceed 144'' wide by 70'' deep by 115'' high. The chamber shall be delivered to the Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida 32407. Delivery will be within 120 days from award of contract.
