L - The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to acquire non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) by qualified field service personnel for the purpose of informing, instructing and training Department of the Navy Personnel in the installation, operation and maintenance in support of the P-3C Aircraft Program - General Electronics System and Associated Support Equipment including: AAM-60 EOTS, AAS-36 IRDS System, APN-194 Radar Altimeter, APQ-107/CU-1503 RAWS System, ASA-66 Radar Display, OD-159/A Display, OA-8962 Recorder System, APN-187 Doppler Radar, APS-115 Search Radar System, ALR-66 ESM System. The proposed procurement consists of two (2) tasks: Task 32218 at NAS Barbers Point HI, and Task 32219 at NAR Santa Clara, CA. The basic contract period will be on or about 01 December 96 through 30 September 97. Each task will also contain Option periods sufficient to extend the contract period up to 36 man months for a combined total of up to 72 man-months.. This period covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for Contract Field Services (CFS) as appropriate. Services will be at the Intermediate level, as specified. The solicitation will contain specification and qualifications for the types of services required. A Labor Hour contract is anticipated.
