The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, intends to make a single award for the inmate use of token-operated washers and dryers at the Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas. The requirement is for 16 washers and 17 dryers, to remain the property of the contractor. The contractor will perform all necessary maintenance on these machines. It is estimated that these machines will be utilized 81,000 times (combined total) during a twelve month contract period. This contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity, requirements contract. The contract performance period will include one (1) base period not to exceed twelve (12) months and four (4) one year option periods for renewal.
