DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes repair existing Jet Fuel JP-8 truck loading racks, concrete containment, trench drain, by-pass jet fuel piping, drainage piping, flow meters, flow control valves, filter elements, bottom loading stations, unloading stations, unloading pumps, plug valves, overhaul slug valves, overfill protection system, lighting, miscellaneous electrical, lead paint remediation, high performance coating, removal of existing concrete slab and underground piping, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is $500,000 and $1,000,000 million.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 120 calendar days.--Bids will only be considered from responsible Small Business sources.--THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET-A-SIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1623 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. A fee will be charged for all plans and specs.
