Benik, Negotiator, (703) 325-6962, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer,
(703) 325-5028. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) is seeking
a contractor with the capability to address the vulnerability of
systems to Electromagnetic (EM) Effects, to include nuclear effects.
This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is designed to
support EM vulnerability assessment of 2-3 systems per year.
Assessments are generally of less than one year duration and include
analysis, low level testing, and high level testing to identify and
characterize system vulnerabilities to EM radiation. There are three
primary technical objectives of this effort: 1) assess the system EM
vulnerability; 2) evaluate weapon employment envelopes; and 3) refine
assessment methodology. This is a total small business set-aside. See
