The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting quotes for Incinerating Services (To Positive Destruction) for the postage stamp production spoils that contain significant amounts of plastics, and maintain compliance with all environmental regulations. Requests for RFQ-23-063 must be submitted in writing or facsimile to 202/874-3135. All written requests must include the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Quotes will be accepted fifteen (15) days after publication of this notice, and a purchase order will be awarded based on price soon after receipt of quotes. No telephone requests will be accepted.
