G -- EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM SOL 678-01-97 DUE 111596 POC Richard Trevino, Contract Specialist, (520) 629-4619 Contractor shall establish and coordinate an Employee Assistance Program to provide services to employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tucson, AZ. Services to include problem assessment; initial counseling towards identifying and addressing the complexity of personal problems which may affect job performance; twenty-four hour emergency telephone number for immediate professional help; guidance to supervisors when personal problems of subordinate staff cause unsatisfactory job performance and on-site crisis intervention with individual or section group of employees.
