A contract is required to provide Closing Agent services in connection with Single Family HUD-acquired properties under the jurisdiction of the Fort Worth, Texas Office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Closing Agent services under the proposed contract will cover the geographic area indicated by the following boundaries: North-I-30; South/East/West-Dallas County Line and Denton County. One closing office shall be established within this area. The contract will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with two (2) one year option periods. This will be an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may request a solicitation by letter directed to the above address. Telephone requests for solicitations will not be accepted. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 21, 1996. Response to the solicitation will be due approximately December 4, 1996.
