EMERGENCY & PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL SERVICES Pre-Solicitation Conference. Notice is hereby provided that the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia (FISC Det Phila) is conducting a Pre-Solicitation Conference in Philadelphia on 16 October 1996 from 10:00 to 1:00 for the following Emergency Room (ER) and/or Primary Care Clinic (PCC) requirements. Previous solicitation synopses are also amended to include this Pre-Solicitation Conference requirement. Specific requirements, locations where services are to be performed, solicitation number and date of solicitation synopsis in the CBD are provided as follows: 1) ER/PCC at Pensacola under N00140-97-R-M200 on 27 Sept 96, 2) PCC at Quantico under N00140-97-R-L205 on 27 Sept 96, 3) ER/PCC at Beaufort under N00140-96-R-3740 on 12 Sept 96, 4) PCC at Corpus Christi under N00140-96-R-3892 on 27 Sept 96, 5) PCC at Annapolis under N00140-96-R-4028 on 26 Sept 96. Additionally, this conference will cover an ER/PCC requirement at Charleston and an Emergency Medicine and Acute Care (EMAC) requirement at Bethesda. The primary purpose of this conference is to provide information concerning the source selection strategy for these requirements. A total of three representatives per company are invited, however space is limited and will be assigned by order of replies received.
