S -- HAZARDOUS WASTE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES SOL RFP 600-006-97 DUE 112596 POC Ronald Ferrer Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, plant and related services to Remove and Dispose Hazardous Waste generated by three (3) VA facilities - VAMC Long Beach, VAMC Sepulveda and VAOPC Los Angeles. Their combined estimated requirement is approx. 5000 gallons of hazardous waste per year. Contract period is from 1-1-97 to 12-31-97, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard for SIC 4953 is $6.0m annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years.
