Kulick (504) 862-2869 Provide Meals, Lodging, Transportation, and Parking for New Orleans Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Applicants. Contractor shall be located within a 30-mile radius of the MEPS, 4400 Dauphine St., New Orleans, LA.. Contractor shall provide double rooms (and occasionally single rooms) for approximately 9,900 male and female applicants per year. Based on past contract history, approximately 96% of the applicants will eat a supper meal and 86% will eat a breakfast meal. Meals shall be provided at contractor's facility or within 300 ft. from contractor's facility. Approximately 13 Saturdays per year, box lunches will be required. Contractor shall provide transportation for applicants from bus terminal to hotel, from hotel to MEPS, and from MEPS back to hotel. Contractor shall provide parking for applicants arriving in their own vehicles. Contract will be a requirements contract commencing on or about 1 Jan 97 for one (1) year with an option to extend two (2) additional years.
