This is to inform potential bidders that the project is now being advertised for start-up to be during the 1997 construction season. Major items of work for this project are 126,733 cy various excavation; 1,150 lf channel; 97,625 cy earthfill; and 23.5 permanent seeding. Pre-solicitation notices will be used. Pre-solicitation notices will be mailed on 102196 and IFB package available on 103196. Notice to proceed will be issued aprproximately 04/14/97 and a completion date of 08/20/97.
