The work consists of the repair of the existing roadway (approximately 1,500 linear feet by 14 feet wide), driveways and turnaround area from the Hatchery Building to the Water Treatment Plant and Valve House. The work includes removal of the existing stone and asphalt roadway; preparing, reshaping and compacting the existing roadway subgrade and drainage swales; and furnishing and installing a 6-inch graval base, 2-inch binder and 1-inch bituminous concrete wear course for the roadway and driveways as shown in the plans. Work also includes paving the existing drainage swales. Work will start o/a May 1, 1997. This is an unrestricted procurement and will be open to any business size.
