Deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination. Delivery orders will be placed against the contract as the requiring activities requires replenishment. Delivery shall be within 48 hours after the date of each order placed, except when the needs of the Government permit, orders may provide a longer time for delivery. The contract shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year. The estimated quantity of liquid nitrogen is 7,215 gallons. The estimated quantity of liquid oxygen is 28,600 gallons.
