The period of performance is for a base year and four option years, commencing from contract award date through October 31, 1997. Required delivery within 30 days after contract award. FOB Destination Washington D.C. The Government intends to solicit one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Communications Daily, published by Warren Publishing, Inc., is the only publication of its type that offers comprehensive daily coverage of the telecommunications industry, including issues involving government policy and regulation, common carrier, mass media, cable, satellite, and international coverage. Communications Daily offers a site license enabling employees to receive same day electronic delivery of this publication. Request for a solicitation package will be disregarded. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting a capability statement. The capability statement must provide the requested supply in order for the Government to consider whether to open this request for competition.
