The contractor shall provide technical support for all Microsoft products. Microsoft Corp. is the sole proprietor of source code for its products and the only source authorized to provide technical support. Therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. The order may be issued for a base year and one option year.
