This purchase includes journals in microforms format and academic dissertations. Service will be continued through FY97. No contract award will be made on the basis of any responses, because this synopsis is a notice of intent to place an order with the above named vendor shall not be considered a solicitation document. No solicitation document exists. No telephone inquiries will be honored. Written responses should include price and technical data sufficient to determine capability and must be received in this office within (15) calendar days after publication of this notice.
