The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to maintain and repair family housing units and associated utility systems, household equipment, appliances, roads, and improved, semi-improved grounds including playgrounds, and other related real property and facilities. This solicitation is unrestricted. The anticipated initial performance year is 1 April 1997 to and including 31 March 1998. This is a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Initial award will be for the base year only. This procurement is being solicited as a competitive negotiation under Source Selection procedures. The evaluation factors are Quality (Management Capability); Subcontracting Experience, Achievements and Goals; and Price.
