Adair, Contracting Officer, (805) 277-3900 Ext 2230. The Air Force Flight Test Center has an immediate requirement for a Digital CCD Camera System, comprised of the following: 1. Digital CCD Camera Charged Coupled Device (CCD) camera must acquire images from a Hamamatsu model C2830 Streak camera with model A2886 Output Optics. The number of active pixels in the horizontal an vertical dimensions must exceed 1200 and 1000, respectively. The pixel size must be between 6 and 8 micrometers in both horizontal and vertical dimensions. The camera must be capable of at least 60 dB of dynamic range. It must be capable of acquiring images at a rate of 8 per second or greater using non-interlaced scanning and without the use of a mechanical shutter. The digital output from the camera must be at least 10 bit. The camera must be air cooled. 2. Image Capture Board which serves as an interface between the CCD camera (Item 1) and a PC compatible computer. All interface cabling must be included. The board must meet PCI short card mechanical specifications. It must be compatible with the CCD camera (Item 1). It must contain a minimum of 2 MB RAM, and be capable of acquiring data at a rate not less than 40 MHz. 3. Streak Image Analysis Software package, used to analyze images acquired using the CCD camera. The software must operate on a PC compatible computer. It must be compatible with the CCD camera (Item 1) and the Image Capture Board (Item 2). It must be capable of frame rates in excess of 5 per second. It must provide image export in TIFF format. It must provide for both linear and nonlinear calibrationsof both axes. It must include both analog integration and photon counting analysis capability. The Simplified Acquisition Process (SAP) will be used in awarding this contract by written quotation. SIC code 3861. Size standard 500.
