The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) is conducting a competitive procurement for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) relational database management system (DBMS) and related database administration and application development utilities. Software maintenance, training, and operational support are also required. The DBMS must be SQL compliant and be able to inter-operate across different hardware platforms, networking systems, and operating systems. The DBMS must support both host based and client/server based processing. Offerors will be required to provide performance benchmark results as part of their proposal submission. The resultant contract will provide for the issuance of firm fixed-price delivery orders on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) basis. The term of the contract will be one year with options to extend nine additional one year periods. All responsible offers will be considered.
