The U.S. Postal Service requires the design, development and fabrication of a prototype Postal Transaction Machine (PTM) under the USPS Next Generation Self Service System and Equipment Development Program. This purchase will include an option for a limited quantity built for the accepted prototype units for marketing testing, technical and field service support for the market test and the delivery of a level II, Technical Data Package to conduct competition production of the PTM. It is contemplated this competition will result in multiple awards and any resulting award will be a cost reimbursement completion contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
