Contracting Officer, Mr. Ulysses Miller, Jr. Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center plans a sole source modification to Contract N00039-90-C-0027 with Raytheon Company (Equipment Division), 528 Boston Post Rd., Sudbury, MA 01778. The work was synopsized originally on 12/13/94, however the project was delayed, and now has been expanded to a turn-key operation for site preparation, supporting facilities, utilities, installation, and test of the transmitter and receiver subsystems to be installed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and integrated with the Raytheon-installed Operational Control Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Government cannot furnish a complete package of installation, integration or test documentation. The contract modification document will be issued on or about 1/15/97.
