Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, vacuum truck, or evacuator truck necessary for performance of the resultant contract. Contractor is required to have appropriate liability insurance. This requirement is for one base year and two option years. Total contract performance shall not exceed three years. Note 26 applies. This is a full and open requirement. Period of performance is date of award through 30 September 1997. FOB destination is Guam.
