Provide maintenance services for two helicopters; a Bell 206BIII and a Bell 206LI. Aircraft is located in Phoenix, Arizona and is operated by the Bureau of Reclamation and Office of Aircraft Services. Major inspections will be performed at the Contractor's facility. All other inspections will be performed at Bureau of Reclamation's facility by a Contract employee using government machinery. Successful contractor will be required to be certified as an authorized Federal Aviation Administration Repair Facility as well as be an authorized Bell Helicopter Textron service facility. Effective period of contract will be one (1) year from date of award with government unilateral renewal options for an additional four (4) years.
