Statement of work: Furnish all labor, materials, and facilities necessary to perform blood tests and other tests that are provided by a state approved screening laboratory and prenatal diagnosis center for alpha fetoprotein screening for USAF Hospital at Edwards AFB, CA. The blood test will include analysis for HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), UE3 (unconjugated estriol) and AFT (alpha fetoprotein).
