Lundy, Contracting Officer, (703) 875-6014 The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs has a requirement for the Mitretek System Inc.; a non-profit organization which appeared in Issue No. PSA 1617 dated June 17, 1996 of the Commerce Business Daily. The following information is added. The current contract with Mitretek (The Mitre Corporation) is an Advisory and Assistance Services (AAS) contract. Mitretek is currently providing support for acquisition actions in which the bureau is involved. The procurement will require analysis of business processes, management methods, information technology and bureau technical needs as well as the development of procurement materials to support the acquisition of automatic data processing equipment and related services. Continued AAS Category II, Studies, Analyses and Evaluations type services are required. This procurement is limited to educational or non-profit institutions or a federallly funded research and development center. (0282)
