The Air Force Flight Test Center is hosting the High Desert Vendors Day '96 small business conference on Wednesday, 6 Nov 96, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Antelope Valley Inn Conference Center, 44055 North Sierra Highway, Lancaster CA 93534. Co-sponsors from the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Marine Corps Logistics Base, Army National Training Center and the NASA Dryden Flight Research Center, as well as many of their large support contractors, will be available to discuss contracting and subcontracting opportunities. The Small Business Innovation Research program, technology transfer, Federal Acquisition Reform, and changes in Small Business Administration programs will be highlighted and a workshop on preparation of bids and proposals will be presented.
