Building on the theme ``USW: Force Multiplication Through Innovation,'' the fall conference features presentations addressing ASW in the littorals from air, surface, subsurface; and command, control and communications perspectives. The afternoon portion of the plenary session features Navy views on acquisition reform and outsourcing.
