V -- RELOCATION OF TENANTS OF MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES POC Mr. Michael Mee, Contract Specialist, (303) 672-5281. This is a sources sought. There is no current solicitation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), ASC #3, is compiling a solicitation mailing list for future solicitations involving the relocation of tenants of multifamily properties. All interested parties are encourage to respond by sending a letter addressing the following qualifications. The ability to: (1). council residents involved in the relocation on their rights and the agency's requirements, (2). assist residents in the locating of quality housing, (3). inspect prospective properties to ensure that Housing Quality Standards (HQS) are met before recommending that tenants are relocated to said property, (4). determine the families needs and afforability requirements, (5). supply or arrange for transportation to the housing referral source or leasing office. Please supply at least 3 references that cover the requirements in items 1-5 above. Please mail all information to Michael J.
