New work includes, but is not limited to: concrete and steel work for reconstructed entrance ways in accordance with ADA requirements; replacement of slab in Building 10; and miscellaneous work to include painting, plumbing, partitions, carpentry, and floor finishes. The period of performance is 180 days and the estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on or about October 30, 1996 and is open to all bidders.
