An undefinitized contract action will be awarded to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems. The parts being procured are identified as Flight Safety Parts. In accordance with Army policy pertaining to such parts, all offerors must meet qualification requirements, which includes engineering and fatigue testing, in order to be eligible for award. This procurement is limited to only those sources who have been approved in accordance with ATCOM source approval procedures. Firms are encouraged to seek approval in order to compete for future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures.
