One square of articulated concrete mattress consists of one section, approximately 25 feet by 4 feet by 3 inches, containing 16 blocks, cast on a single unit of fabric. There is no charge for plans and specifications. Issue date is on or about 28 October 1996. Bid Opening Date is on or about 3 December 1996. The end item to be procured under this solicitation is articulated concrete mattress squares. The components of the mattresses, including cement and fly ash, are not end items. See Note 1.(0283)
